0:00 To see a simple person, whom a person cannot look at, even a person who cleans the synagogue, a person who is simple, who walks alone and has no family and no one turns to him, no one knows who he is at all, they do not recognize him. And in Heaven he is very, very, very important. The holy Baal Shem Tov once said this as a very beautiful parable, he said that Avraham Avinu, that the Holy One, blessed be He, likened the Jewish people to the stars, so the Baal Shem Tov said that a Jew is like a star.
0:27 From here in this world he looks very, very small. But in Heaven he is very, very, very, very great. And so it is, each and every one of the Jewish people is so dear and wonderful in Heaven, very much before Hashem, blessed be He. And each one is very, very dear and important, and each one is a book of the generations of man. Each one of us, of the Jewish people, has a story, a whole book is written about him from all of creation, from the beginning, from the beginning of his reincarnations, and all that will pass over him. And therefore we ask and hope that Mashiach will come, what does this mean?
1:00 Mashiach comes from the word "masiach," to tell. He is destined to tell of the greatness of the souls of Israel, of each and every one, that the redemption will come. Mashiach will have to tell about each and every one of the Jewish people. He will simply tell about each and every one all of his history and all that happened to him and all the heroic deeds he did for Hashem and for the Jewish people and all the battles and all that he succeeded in conquering and all that he did before Hashem, this is what we mean when we hope for the redemption.
