He said it black and white. "Joy is the hardest level to attain." That means it's not something that's going to come to you. It's something you have to fight for. I think this is not something we we recognize when we were younger. We felt, "Oh, if if I'm not feeling well, if I'm not feeling something must be wrong with me." No, it's there's tremendous amount of resistance in being happy. The real it's not today we think, you know, CBD you can, you know, take care of your pain, anxiety. The real CBD here is Hochma, Bina, and Daat. That's the real the real CBD that's going to get us to there. CBD, all these little things that, you know, switch our moods. The only thing that's going to really get you in a different mood today is Hochma, Bina, and Daat. The ability to really really look into your thoughts today. So, if Rebbe Nachman says that happiness is the greatest of everything, he tells us that it takes the Shechinah out of exile. That practically our whole mission in this world is to take the Shechinah out of exile. Today the Shechinah is in exile and our job practically is to get it out of exile.
