Um but it says "Al yisod Mizbach Olah." It's talking about the Mizbeach. Now, if any can't be talking about the applications on the Mizbeach because the chattos is done on all four corners. So, it can't be that it has to be one that has a yisod because it has to be done on all four corners. Says the Gemara "E eevik siv al yisod ha'olah." If it would say "B'yisod ha'olah" "Hava amina b'skifah al yisod." I I would think that you could spray when you're spraying uh below the line below the red line you could spray also on the uh the yisod is an amah high you could spray against the vertical wall of the yisod.
