[Music] good morning everybody everybody is well happy wednesday for those that are here live that was the end of the week thanks so much for being here i am honored to be together with you again we've been talking about this concept talking about this concept of influence of making a difference in someone else's life it's not relegated only to those that have the title man if i heard that growing up people that get to speak are one of three people teachers rabbis it's just not true people every one of us has an opportunity to [Music] to be a blessing to be empowering for others and we're constantly in that state and we're constantly in that state constantly dealing with people whether it's people that we see in our lives randomly the person on the train that's punching your ticket whether it's the people that we are related to or that we work with people coming for advice people not coming for rice but should be coming for advice people come at us with love people going at us with their hand with their dukes up we're always in a space of interacting with people with people and our ability to understand how to navigate that is critical because at the end of the day if all we're doing is pushing back it's going to be a whole life of battling do we sit with a family where like they're having the same fights they had since they were like little it's the same stuff it's the same stuff friends like it's just it's you know you're ever working at a place for long enough and like it's the same stuff like just it's a new day insane
