Milah is great, it pushes off Shabbos. The Mishnah continues, "Gedolah milah she'docha es haNega'im." Milah is great, it pushes off tzara'as. Perush Rashi it pushes off tzara'as. Perush Rashi Rashi explains, "Sha'afilu yesh b'eis haMakam b'baheres even if in the makam of milah you have a baheres, yakutz you could cut it off." Gedolah milah she'kol haMitzvos she'asa Avraham Avinu alav hashalem lo nikra shalem ad she'mal. Milah is great that all the mitzvos that Avraham Avinu did he was not called shalem he was not called whole until he circumcised. So the Gemara, the Mishnah makes three statements.
