But one thing I can tell you, sorry, one thing I can tell you that we learned in the class earlier today that from the unfortunate situation that affected Surfside, it created a revamping in the laws of building code in South Florida. And who knows how many family, how many people were saved by the mere fact that the code laws or the building code became reinforced, especially in buildings who reach 30, 40, even 50 years of existence without having a true bonafide type of upkeep and maintenance. And that's that's one thing that we can uh definitely see. and say may not be the most favorite things to hear because all this now suddenly is implementing a huge amount of assessments that I think many buildings are experiencing. But how can we put a number on human life? Definitely not. But nevertheless, this does not minimize the unfortunate tragedy that unexpectedly you know from one day to the other we saw the devastation and the difficulties of humanity.
