It's a mymer from the Rebbe that the Lubavitcher Rebbe said Shabbos Shlach M'vorchim Machar Chodesh Tammuz Tof Shin Yud Gimmel. That would be 1953 in the English calendar. On top it says Anacha Bilti Mugaha, which means it was not edited by the Rebbe, it was just transcribed by the listeners. So, this is a mymer that uh deals with the story at the end of parsha Shlach known as as the Mekoshesh parsha Shlach known as as the Mekoshesh Eitzim.
