Um so good morning. So let's start with the para this week. This week is para Korak. Korak was a first cousin of Moshe. um the their fathers were brothers and he complained about Moshe particularly about Moshe appointing Aaron his brother as high priest. He felt that was nepotism. He should not be appointed as high priest. And he argued further that all of Israel are holy. Um why do you lift yourself up above the why do you lift yourself up above the congregation? And um he managed to convince three other members of the tribe of Ruvane, Datan, Aviron, and On to join his co-conspiracy along with 250 other Jewish leaders. And they all gather against Moshe asking complating to Bossha. Moshe tries to talk him out of it. And when they refuse, he says, "Let's do the following. Tomorrow um you bring incense all of you. We know that that Nadav and Avihu the two sons of Aaron died when they brought unauthorized incense. You will each bring incense. Aon will offer incense bring incense. Aon will offer incense and only the one that Hashem accepts as high priest would be um will survive. Hashem will accept their incense. Everybody else will die as a result. And they accept this. Um and Moshe then um then Korak spends the whole night gathering Israel, getting them all to come watch the spectacle. Um when uh the people come the next morning, all of Israel is there with and Makorak is there with his 250 men ready to gather incense. Although his co-conspirators
