What’s said in this shiur

The opening of this shiur, in Rabbi Ricky Cohen’s own words — taken from the captions, so names and Hebrew terms may be approximate.

So we uh we spoke yesterday about an interesting case. The case was um you have a parent Lenu who is uh Shabbatia. The parent um desecrate Shabbat publicly. So you have an issue on Friday night. We're supposed to make te with non-Mushal wine, wine that hasn't been non-Mushal wine, wine that hasn't been processed. There's more mhudad. It's more beautiful. It's more elevated. It's finer. It's higher quality. And therefore, on Friday night, we're supposed to use nonmov sha wine. So now, what do you want to do? what do you want to do? So first thing is if the person who's holding up the cup of wine to say the kadouch is Shabbatia publicly violating Shabbat then don't use non-m wine use wine. So now if I use sha wine I dodge the bullet. That's one way around the problem. Now what if on the other hand uh the person knows the law and he wants to use person knows the law and he wants to use the finest which really is supposed to. Now you have a question on whether the Jewish person who's knowingly they're not doing this whether he would be considered a mummar or kof whether he's someone who has thereby placed himself as a negator as a denier of and therefore how can I how can I be
