The shail held that we can use our you side to hold that the person is not alive because to our senses he's not alive, because to our senses he's not alive, he's dead. And based on that, naturally that would give us an opening to permit a certain transplantation from the avarium that this human being who if we consider him dead, we'll be allowed to cut him open without being afraid of over lay shirk off and to remove any organs to transplant.
