It says Vayakel Moshe kol das Yisrael eleh hadvarim. Sheishes yamim te'aseh melacha d'varim Sheishes yamim te'aseh melacha d'varim hadvarim eleh hadvarim. D'varim hadvarim eleh hadvarim these are the 39 melachos. Rashi explains d'varim is two. Hadvarim is a third. A- so that's three. And the gematria of eleh is 36 that's 39. You got it? That's Rashi in shas. Rashi in Shabbos ayin alef. Eleh is 36 hadvarim is another three. D'varim is two. Ha adds one. D'varim is two. Ha adds one. In the sefer Pninei Kedem the author does not cite where this comes from. It must come from the author. It must come from Rebbe Chaim Michel Shtern. Hashem should send him refuah shleimah.
