to the market study and goodwill and uh and and just good feelings for a quiet yourself. There are people who watch this podcast for the little bits of Torah that happen to seep in and there are those who do it because it just makes them feel good, you know, puts a smile on their face. What could be better than that? Yeah. So uh uh That's wonderful. I I want to continue the series that I've been doing which is picking out uh lines from the Mishnayos at random and different program of Pirkei Avos and like I say when I run out of it, I just start again. There's so much to say, my gosh, I I haven't even scratched the surface. And uh we're up now to perek daled and I thought I would start with the first Mishnah and I'll tell you why after I read it for you. Ben Zoma omer, "Eizehu chacham? Halomed mikol adam." Who is wise? Someone who learns from everybody. She nemar, "Kol hamelamdei iskaleti ki edoi secha sicha li." "Eizehu gibor? Hukovesho et yitzro." Someone who overcomes his nature. She nemar, "Tov erech apayim megibor umoshil berucho me'elokim." "Eizehu ashir? Hasameach bechelko." Someone who's happy with what he has. And who is honored? He who honors other people. Okay. Four aspects. Uh, strength, wealth, wisdom, and honor. And in each one, the Mishnah gives a definition. And the definition seems slightly counterintuitive. Because I would say like this, who's rich? Someone who has a lot of money.
