good morning and Boker Tov it is so great to be back together again for another installment and episode of living with emunah our support group that gets together and gathers on Wednesday mornings virtually and around the world to strengthen ourselves and one another in our attitude and approach in our affirmation that I Shem is involved in our life not just involved in our life he is our life and that our existence and our sustenance and our well-being and our future that all that happens none of it is random and chance it is all by design it is all from it is all by design it is all from Hashem and we are so grateful so grateful our lives are filled and defined by an attitude of gratitude we wake up in the morning and we don't see what isn't we see what is we're not worried about what will be we're grateful for what we have we don't look at what's 1/2 M T we look at what's half full and when you wake up with that attitude of gratitude when you live your life with that appreciation and that focus and that context no matter what you're facing no matter what you're fearful no matter what you're waiting to hear results on you have the fortitude because you know that your father's in
