what we're doing here is the book called toar dorah and toar dvor was written by somebody named RAB Moshe Cordo who was one of the you know Sages ofat in the Middle Ages you know around the time of the arisal and of ysf caro and the like and um he wrote this book which is basically a cabalistic mus book it's using some of the ideas of cabala and then translating them into practical and then translating them into practical um improving our practical kind of daily living so it's an interesting marriage of both of these ideas of of of K cabala and mus we in um the first part of the book is dedicated to the of and we finished that not too long ago the second part of the book is dealing with the tens speros and we've just started that maybe maybe we did one or two sessions actually I think the last time we met was the first one right yeah so we met was the first one right yeah so then um this um so then um the first of the spos is is ker and now for the benefit of everybody in the class uh the the rest of the book is going to be going through the different spheros the 10 spheros starting from keser showing a little bit about the deeper idea of the spher and then trying to present how we can translate that into improving our daily living and uh he elaborates most thoroughly on the sphere of kesser more than the others so this whole second chapter is longer than the rest of the
