like to point out that they also paid their ples as well good [Music] evening and the wonderful congregation love the name says it all my connection to your congregation actually is not through your R but it's from the R's mother they should well here tonight and she has been uh a steadfast member of our Thursday afternoon's ladies class from as far as I can remember and therefore no disrespect to the r but my loyalty is to the previous generation and I'm glad that she see tonight R in good health life and she said many years of n Jewish n seeing her son children doing this incredible I'm also no stranger to a lot of you members I met somebody today that said that I work with Mother sh every day and somebody said that their wife works with me she I work for in Brooklyn so a lot of familiar faces and uh I'm very very impressed by the few minutes but I get a feeling exactly because I'm a r of synagog as well both here in deal so I know exactly what it means to develop a congregation and I think that your congregation is doing it in the correct way doing it slow it's quality building one person at a time building families slowly slowly the congregation will continue to grow the mentioned start have your children and grandchildren I just know myself and I wasog this week we reached the plateau I know you reach we had two of our members that married off the sons that's the Next Generation and both of them
