Shalom Aleichem. Welcome to the Breslov Research Weekly Parshah Shiur. This coming Shabbos is Vayechi. Vayechi tells us that Yaakov was alive. Yaakov lived in Egypt. He lived for 17 years. 17 is the Hebrew gematria of the word Tov. Tov is tes, nine; vav is six; that's 15, and two is 17. Tov is what Yaakov lived. He lived 17 years; he had good. Because each soul is rooted in a letter of Torah. You hear that? Every Jewish soul, no matter who they are, their roots go back to the Torah. And they’re connected very strongly, very tightly, very
